Hello all, my first post here! I’m making a tutorial for if you would like to hack into your neighbors network. Do this at your own risk, i am not responsible for any damage that you do to your equipment, or to any consequences that may happen due to this.

First of all, you need to download the application KisMac (password: poultry). Download it and install it. Then you will have to configure a driver for the program to use when it is scanning for the networks.

Everyone should have a wireless apple extreme card. Then you have to chose between Active mode and Passive mode. Active mode just lets you scan for wireless networks. It doesn’t collect any packets, which you need. It can also be detected, so it isn’t very good if you have that on. Passive mode will make you undetected while you are getting packets. When choosing you can also choose if you want to save all the data you collect, can easily take up several gigs, not save any data, only save packets, or only weak data.

It doesn’t really matter which one you choose. Close the window, and you are ready to start searching. Click on the Start Scan button in the bottom right.

Then you have to wait for some time because it needs a lot of packets to be able to crack the key. When you have gathered a lot of keys, (about 250,000 for WEP and even more for WPA) then go to network, crack, and choose the method you want to use. If you choose Weak Scheduling, it will try thousands of different keys, and it will use all your CPU. The other one’s don’t use very much CPU. I used the Bruteforce Newshams attack and it worked.
